Welcome to Clifton Villas

Our aim is to offer our guests a comfortable, home from home environment in a large family home. Clifton Villas is ideal for two families sharing a holiday together or large family groups for weddings, Christenings, birthday or any special occasion, or for yachting crews and events.
 
We are pleased to be able to personalise your stay by offering a basic welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. but by prior arrangement we can arrange for locally cooked meals to be delivered ready for re-heating, special occasions can be catered for, such as the supply of hand-crafted birthday cakes, champagne and strawberries, Easter eggs for the children and Christmas decorations; all ready for you upon arrival. 
 
The accommodation on offer is tastefully decorated and offers a large open plan living, dining and cooking space with solid walnut floors, French doors opening to sunny private garden, TV and Freeview, along with five bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower on ground floor, a further shower room with separate WC upstairs, a separate lounge which converts to bedroom six, with a TV and DVD player and two four foot sofa-beds.

Other facilities on offer include: dishwasher, gas hob, double oven, separate combination microwave, fridge freezer. Utility room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, further freezer and clothes airer. Sunny garden with BBQ, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The house is centrally heated and there is also an open fire. Linen, towels and logs are provided but please provide your own beach towels. There is off road parking for two cars.

The house is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from Cowes town centre, therefore close to all the amenities that Cowes and the surrounding area has to offer.
